We are excited and proud to have graduated from the Three Sister’s Kitchen Food Business Training Program this November 2019, and to have tied for crowd favorite in the graduate competition.
Right now we are securing permits, scaling up our process to begin Jujubite production, and developing our label/packaging. We expect to have Jujubites on a few select shelves, and at our regular farm booth at the Railyards Market by early Summer 2020.
We have also recently planted 15 new grafted jujube trees in December, and have a couple pounds of jujube rootstock seed ready to go in the ground once things warm up.
